The name of the club was Kona Gardens, which was located in the Naha Towers. We went there, but there is another club in that spot nobody there knows his name or recognised his picture.
Mother in Law says he was a Chinese national working and living in Okinawa. His name is Louie L.W. Luk, no current address or anything.
Where are the city offices that I would have to go to located?
