I think the Signatures should be limited to One..... Or even better NONE..

Some posters have too many and they get in the way and suck up screen space.

These tid-bits of wit are neither useful, funny or contain any added value (much like me!).
Except for the poster who thinks these signatures somehow show the world how they think or feel, or that they contain some kind of higher wisdom over other posters on the forum.

I say in the interest of the FORUM and the INTERNET in General... LIMIT SIGNATURES, or BAN them....

Back to regular scheduled programs...

It's OK. I'd be just as sad as you if I couldn't figure out how to use the User CP.

Endeavor to sob more.

I don't. I just write:

dk
webmaster

At the end. I really don't want people having my phone number who don't need it. :D

I see a lot of goofy sigs in email on a weekly basis though. They don't really annoy me that much.

I do. It's usually the same one(s) I use here. I change my sig here and there every month or so... except for the Yogi one. That one is very relevant to me.

All this Chuck stuff comes from God him self. He's the only thing that write about CHuck and get away with it.

The Chuck Norris stuff has been floating around the 'Net for a couple years now. But, not everyone finds those jokes funny... (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2007/12/21/chuck-norris-sues-publish_n_77958.html)

Gee, bub, I wonder what Chuck Norris suing the publisher of a book about Chuck Norris jokes (for linking his image with racist and sexist jokes, among other complaints) has to do with Chuck jokes...

Clearly jokes such as those do no one any harm. However:

"Some of the 'facts' in the book are racist, lewd or portray Mr. Norris as engaged in illegal activities," the lawsuit alleges.

Norris, who rose to fame in the 1970s and 1980s as the star of such films as "The Delta Force" and "Missing in Action," says the book's title would mislead readers into thinking the facts were true.

"Defendants have misappropriated and exploited Mr. Norris's name and likeness without authorization for their own commercial profit," said the lawsuit.

The suit, filed in Manhattan federal court, seeks unspecified monetary damages for trademark infringement, unjust enrichment and privacy rights.

Norris, whose real name is Carlos Ray Norris, claims in the suit he is protective of what his name is associated with.

Can I think he's doing OK out of all the publicity? I mean, he had become pretty obscure in recent years and now he's even discussed on JU Forum...

No kidding. I thought the same thing when I started hearing the jokes pop up. I never cared for him or his movies/tv shows but I dig the jokes.

Chuck Norris is the only man to ever defeat a brick wall in a game of tennis.
