Housing Agency (non-military)?

Has anyone had any experience, good or bad, with housing agencies in the Chatan/Futenma/Oki City areas?

I need to look for for housing just as a Japanese person would as I do not quality for any military assistance, but there are so many housing agencies around, I simply don't have the time to visit them all and my Japanese skills will limit me to using those which have English speaking staff.

So, if anyone has experience with this situation or advice, please do share!

They're all about the same. If you are not Japanese, they will probably require a co-signer who is. (That is what happened to me)

im in the middle of looking for an appt as well. i have talked with Nissin Housing, and Token, niether have said anything about a co-signer but those arn't really the areas that you are looking for.
