A little common sense!

Why would Okinawan planners build a building that accomodates roughly 10,000 people yet only have parking for about 350? I understand the concept in Tokyo where they can use mass transit to get somewhere, but here in Okinawa it just doesn't make sense! Sometimes I see things like this and it makes me think that Japanese people are soooooo stupid!

Which place are you thinking about?

Only pachinko parlors and juscos have adequate parking on Okinawa. Everywhere else you're expected to find your own little back alley. :P

I feel your pain on this, DrP. It drives me crazy, too. And they wonder why no one goes to Okinawa City anymore to shop and walk the arcade and Park Ave. Sure, other choices are one of the big reasons, but lack of parking also is a cause for the dearth in customers there.
