I am trying to locate Yoshio Maekawa. I think he is the owner of Yoshi Hachi in Chatan. I googled his name and I got several links. I was over there twice and we kept in touch for a very long time, after I left . I just want him to know that he was a very special part of my visit to the island. My husband was in the military stationed at Sobe the first time and was at Machinato the second time. If anyone goes to this restaurant please tell him that Jean-san says Hello.
