Planning for the Future

I am currently in the states (ALASKA!) and I will be retiring from the military in a few years. My question is-What is the easiest way to get my butt back to Okinawa and start my life working on-base but living out in town. Of course I know this is not an easy request but any-any info would be much appreciated.:old:

Just need to get SOFA status then your fine. It's just finding the job that will sponsor your SOFA status.

Not sure of Navy and Army sites. But just search for a job in Okinawa, Japan and I am sure something will pop up.
