There was a place, called Yadi Cafe in Ginowan. Their site seems to be down. http://www.yadicafe.com/ Might still be around though.

I knew of a few other places up around Yomitan and further north that had some great Jamaican style food. Wish I could be of more help but its been a while. Now I'm really hunger.:)

ya i heard about yadi cafe but never could seem to find it at all.. flex is good but they are kinda expensive
