I just started watch this show, its pretty good. They actually collect data then debunk and thing that can be proven and all that is left is unexplained or paranormal activity. I watch episodes with everything from violent encounters to doors opening and shutting on their own. This got me pretty interested even though my wife swore she will never go, but I really want to go on a ghost hunt, whos is up for it???? 1st stop futenma Park

What do you think of psychic mediums.....those who can communicate with the dead? T.A.P.S. doesn't use any pm's, but a show from England called "Most Haunted" does. They've brought in 2 different pm's to the same location, at different times, and they both described the same spirit......the age of death, gender, cause of death.
Interesting stuff, but I have to admit, the T.A.P.S. show is not that great. Just seeing little magnetic meters jumping around doesn't get my pulse racing. I think "Most Haunted" smokes T.A.P.S., if ya'll can get it......it's on the Travel Channel over here on Friday nights @ 7pm & 10pm.

Yeah I saw that also , they are pretty good but they do actually communicate with the entities. I like taps because I have always had an interest in the science side of the research . Physic mediums to do add another poece to the puzzle but, they are to easy to debunk in many cases, but it is still good to get a "FULL" picture by using all available resources.
There is a show that comes on weds. on discovery called A haunting, really good stories there. One the best episodes of taps was at the new bedford armory when the sound guy got slammed to the floor.

At one time one of the local part drivers, and good guy, also moonlighted as a ghost hunter. When I showed interest he brought in his equipment and photos his group had taken of the paranormal. He was interviewed on local radio, written up in the local news paper and filmed by the local media going into haunted places.
I lost track of him some time back.
As a side note, he was a military brat that grew up on Okinawa. Does John Savage ring a bell with anyone?

Yeah, I love that show too. It's pretty creepy. There was one episode quite a while ago where this family moved into a house that had a basement....and the house used to be a mortuary, and the bodies would be prepared down in the basement. The house was then reverted back into a residence, then sold, and the children's bedroom was in that basement. Then, a lot of crazy things went on down there. That was a great episode!
For some reason, that show goes away for a few months at a time, then returns. But yeah, I like it.

that name sounds familiar, but I think it would be a cool weekender for the JU guys, if we had all the equipment for detection
