What about that place called Sauce down in Mihama? I thought I heard say they have gumbo and ribs among other things...

Convince me otherwise, but I would not travel far for Cajun food. I ordered blackened redfish once and I think it was a piece of katsuoboshi that was soaked in pepper sauce and then dragged behind a car for a few months.

I've been to a few bars in Naha that have jerk chicken...not sure if that qualifies for cajun or not.
