Soul and R&B Artist returning

Hey whats up folks.

I am Homemadesoul, independent recording artist from Philly, and coming back to Okinawa to see my wife get back from the desert and I m searching for any possible performing gigs out there. I don't how things are working out there but I am looking to provide some entertainment wherever I fit in.

there are TONS of places to make a party, you just need a promoter with the funds to rent the place up front. or you could just talk to one of the many clubs/bars/cafe and do a night with them. R&B/ hip hop is pretty big here in japan so with a decent amout of flyering people will show up. i would suggest since you will be unknown here that you work something out with a bar/cafe owner like a no door charge but you get a percentage of alcohol sales. that way people wont hesitate to see someone new, if your good then the next time you do a gig people shouldnt have a prob paying a door fee.
