Do you watch K-1? I'm not religious about it, but I do watch it from time to time.
Tonight turned out to be a joke. Bob Sapp's big comeback after taking over a year off. He fought Peter Aerts, and I think the fight lasted all of 10 seconds!
There were a few good fights on the undercards though.

I like to watch it if I am home and I notice it is on. However, I don't look in the TV schedule for the next showing or arrange my night around it.
Dr.P, who won? -- Sapp or Aarts?
I always thought Sapp was just a terrible fighter. Aerts has gotten that chubby flobby fighter look.
Ever since Andy Hugg died, K-1 has lost its luster -- IMO. What a great guy he was.

Sapp got the wind knocked out of him by a kick to the chest. He fell to the ground and took the count out, then his corner tried to get him to run out of there quick.

Sapp fights like a sissy.

Well the guy has never been a fighter. He's just in it for the money and the lifestyle.

Exactly.
He should be ashamed of his k-1 moniker -- The Beast. Yeah, right? More like The Least.

The saddest thing for me to watch was the “Beast” against Chad Rowan (?) on New Years Eve. Two guys who did not want to be in the ring.
I do like the Ultimate Fighting League UFL out of the United States. Real proven fighters who are willing to fight. Some of the guys from K-1 are starting to show up now in the UFC

UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships) or IFL (International Fight League)? I don't think there's such a thing as UFL. Pride was the best MMA organization until it was bought out by Zuffa (who also own the UFC). UFC is entertaining, but the fighters are nowhere near the same caliber as those in Pride when it was in its prime. Lately, the UFC fight cards have been garbage. Last night's even was pretty decent, though.
I lost all faith in Bob Sapp as a fighter. He has no endurance. He should stick to pitching Puccho.
