This is a Woody Harrelson movie. It is about a doctor who grudgingly befriends a cancer patient after being kidnapped by him. The patient claims to be on a quest from a vision granted by a Native American Healer and disregards science and medicine. He is also an escaped convict so Woody often fears for his life.
I found the end to be very moving, and watching the character evolve is quite interesting. If you like unique stories and ones of growing respect and friendship between those who initially distrust each other, then I recommend this movie. It's a story of change.
