Kinky Boots

Has anyone seen this movie/DVD? If not, I highly recommend it.

Very unique story (and true) about a shoe factory that decides to change their line of conservative footwear of shoes for men, instead to boots targeted at the transvestite market. Besides the great story, I liked it because all the actors are unknown, and therefore you really can't tell if the story ends up well for the main characters or not.

It's a movie from the UK, so at times even I had a hard time catching some of the language, but still quite enjoyable. Check it out if you can and let me know what you think about it.

On a serious note though, I might have to see if I can find a copy and check it out. Could be a good drinking movie to watch.

Sorry, dk. We had rented it from GAO.

Oh, and be sure to watch the interview with the director, producer, and real characters of the story after the movie. That is about an hour special added to it. They did a lot of the actual filming on location in the real factory.
