City offices should have this info..
City offices should have this info..
They do, however there are privacy issues as well. I have looked for a number of people and one of the biggest stumbling blocks to "finding" them is having an accurate address. Particularly the "registered" address or the current address where one is now living, which in many cases is different.
The city office will not usually give out information about a person without at least that much information. One because of the privacy issues, and secondly because there are people here that have the same first and last names as well and would need to the address for clarification.
Also telephone books are not the help that they once used to be, the current telephone book listings of "private" numbers is far, far, less than it used to be, many more people are not listing their numbers anymore.
So unless antonio has an accurate address as a place to start, or the person he is looking for is popular and has their own website.....it is not as easy as it sounds to find someone as it used to be.
I am not claiming to be an expert on this issue just passing along information that I have had happen to me in researching and trying to find missing relatives from people that are living overseas.

Can't dial the phone number because I don't have long distance on my phone but she can still call me.
that's why I'm trying to get in touch with her by email it's much easier. If she would only open an account with yahoo.com or hotmail.com i could contact her. she emailed me twice and then after that it stopped and I don't know why.

Cathleen I havent given up it just is I dont have the time to get up north and check out the area myself, I have to ask others to do that and I can not expect them to put a lot of time nor effort into it either, please understand that. Although one guy has spent some time and energy in looking to no avail. He actually went to some of the areas that you told me about before. That was unexpected and asking a lot, but he volunteered his time as well.
I havent forgotten about you or Sueko.
Sorry about that, maybe someone else here can continue the search for you, and I wish them, as well as you luck. I will tell my friends that have been checking it out that they can stop. Thanks for understanding.
