Here are some of ours for our 3 kids. Beaver, Lippy, Lukey Bob, Belly Bear, Tweety Toots, Ostrich Eyes. Our 2 oldest are in their teens and still laugh when we call them by their nicknames. They've had them since they were 3 or 4.
Well if I wrote them here my kids would probably shoot me for sharing them.:army:  :D
The only "clean" one I can share is what we all my youngest. "Mr T" :army:

not too many "funny" names at this end....
Armpits is what I harass the one who has grown under arm hair. :D
Otherwise all their nicks are plays on their names.
Occasionally I may call 'em Trouble or Boob, but nothing that has indefinitely stuck.
Guess we are lame.
I can't say what one of my own nick-names growin up was, cause it has WAAAYYYYY too many connotations that I am just NOT going to face. :)
My dad called me pumpkin butt, which I have no idea how he came up with that.
One time not too long ago my grandma & mom had a conversation about one of the nicks they used to call me and if my mom ever told me or if I remembered it (mind you I was sitting right next to them). It was so bad and they were so embarrassed about it they wouldn't even tell me what it was.
maybe that's why we don't do too many non-name related nicks....cause I am too traumatized from my childhood.:crying::crying:

My son, its monkey boy and my daughter is the monster. Together they are the Mouseketeers becuase my husbands mom calls him Mouse and when he is home they tend to follow him around.
When my son was potty training though we called him Captain Sticky pants..cuz he didnt care if he had a dirty diaper or not..life would just go on.
yeah, me 2 lol. the only one we have for our daughter that we can tell people is ana bannana....she loves bananas.
LMAO, we call my daughter "Hanna Banana".
She's got a few nicknames. Don't ask me how these were made. They just were.
Pink Donut (something about her being pink...). We call her Red Donut when she's pissed off... I have no idea how this nickname came to be.
Chiki Chiki Hanchiki. No idea on this one either.
There's probably more, but they're all equally rediculous lol.
Guess we are lame.
Yeah.
My dad called me pumpkin butt
LMAO I'm going to refer to you from now on as pumpkin butt!

Naw, he laughs.
He knows me well enough to know I don't mean anything malicious with it.
He is a pretty good sport and has a pretty good sense of humor.
Comes up with some pretty good ones himself sometimes.

I call my 11 year old son LuuLuu or Luu! He use to get upset when I would say it in from of friends but now he actually thinks it's cool! He tells me some of his friends say they wish they had a nickname their parents called them! Now my 3 year old I call her something I probably shouldn't but she is just so short and can be mean sometimes that I call her short s**t!

Hi Kamya,
None of my business, but in my long experience as a parent I learned that you eventually get back exactly what you give them, sometimes with interest. Where did she get "mean" from?

OkiSteve-
Some circumstances that is true....but some people and kids have a more spit-fire personality from the womb.
My niece is a PERFECT example of that- just hrs after she was born she would specifically let out a roar of a yell to people when what they were doing bugged her. (like touching her feet)
You know newborn babies you touch and caress and marvel at their sweetness.....yeah, this little one was very vocal about what bugs her.
If the kids were ooggleing her cuteness and she wanted them to leave her alone she would yell. And we are talking they weren't being mean she just was done being looked at.
As she got big enough to volitionally control her movements she started swatting people away when she was done visiting.
Her parents are constantly on her trying to "gently guide" this little spit-fire but it is part of who she is. She can be as sweet as honey but when she has had it, she is done and will let you know it.
She has an older sibling and they worry more about the little one beating up the older one than the older one ever hurting the lil' one.
Shoot the older one is so docile she can't play competitive sports cause she won't "go for" the ball, she just runs along beside everyone hoping someone will give her the ball. Then cries on the way home cause she didn't get a turn.

Well, OK, I guess that personalities are at least half heredity, but I don't think calling kids put-down names is a good idea.
