Internet Issues

Hello, I'm fairly new to the board as well as Okinawa. I hope this is the correct board for this question. I searched through the board but couldn't find anything on Internet Service Providers. My issue is I have Sunny net, but I am constantly having issues with it. I have a Vonage phone service and right now my internet is completely out, I spoke with the ladies at the office and they said that everything checked out fine. So right now I'm about to pull my hair out. It literally just stopped working I didn't change anything unplug anything except to unplug my router to plug it back in to see if it works. If anyone has any tips or better provider please let me know, thanks in advance!!

I have Sunny-Net and Vonage too and both are working fine. PM me if you want and I can walk you through some other troubleshooting.

How long have you had your Vonage phone? Have you tried holding the reset button on the bottom of the vonage router for 20 seconds?

Thanks DocTurtle and Okinawastud, I figured out my problem it was my Vonage router after I held the reset button, it worked!!
