Some scary stuff!!! My theory on this is maybe the dad sexually abused her or something. You just don't kill your dad because you don't like him..or do you??!! And also...where was the mother? Was she not sleeping in the same bed as the father? Crazy!! Can't imagine that though...it's just too creepy and psycho for me. Definitely she's crazy either way.

Funny you say this cause my wife just finished her EMT training course and said unless the head is completely off they are still required to perform life saving techniques, even if the head is dangling by a thread.
