I also realize that creating a thread like this feeds his ego, which imo probably isnt the best thing to do, but gives people here an opportunity to put their thoughts and feelings about him into a thread that he did not create.

This is the either pro or anti thread about The Prosecutor otherwise known as TP. Noone should feel threatened or worried about putting their opinions or thoughts about him here.

However that is up to the admin here DK to decide.

IMFO there needs to be a balance here, a thread here that allows members to freely make their comments known without fear of reprisal from TP.

IMO there are just too many threads that get taken off topic or are hijacked because of TP and his commentary.

My opinion and why I call him names is that when someone "insults" him he quickly turns into a moderator and reminds people of the rules and articulates how it was an insult. Yet when insults others and they point it out to him he can't accept that and hides behind the if dk thought it was he would've told me I did.

Another prob is definetly what Pchan kinda wrote on another topic that as a moderator he discourages poster that don't view things like him from posting cause they will be told their views are wrong instead of just agreeing and accepting difference and moving on.

To be honest, TP initiates some interesting threads, from mundane to controversial, so he does add life to the forum. I can see how the owner or administrator of the forum would appreciate his input.

But dare to post a different point of view from his, however slightly, and he will parse and dissect it as though his manhood dependent on it.

When he finds that things aren’t exactly going according to his little world (where it seems there has to be a victim and a victor), he then transforms from an aggressively participating member and evokes his designation as “moderator”, - and not without derision and insults.

Alas, instead of respect he invites ridicule. When you see someone so bent out of shape for nothing, you say, “What’s with this guy?”

Suggestion: Just let members post their views and opinion and leave it at that. Post a counterpoint if necessary. Or how about a compliment from time to time, and thanks to people for bothering to participate.

There are many ways to kill a discussion and render it childish and boring. TP seems to be pretty successful in finding them.

And that’s stated being nice about it.

As it is now, it is vague and unclear. You should at least have my member name TheProsecutor in the title so that members who do not want to waste time to read another thread about me, can choose from the beginning to stay clear of it.

I will fix the title if no one takes it upon themselves to bring it in line with the rules. No need to waste others' time with directing them to a thread by being unclear about it in the title -- again a rule violation to remind you.

Actually some of his threads are interesting, however the manner in which he treats respondents many times is imo childish at best.

Why not? It is my choice isnt it? I have caught more than enough shit from him for any number of reasons. Give people a chance to make their thoughts known too. Without it being a part of "his" TP thread. There is no balance.

Forgot something here, in all seriousness could you point out to me what threads that have been started that "rant" about TP? :D I have yet to see one.

I have seen many threads that get hijacked with rants about him and I do understand what your point is, and I am just attempting to make my own in return.

I knew someone would say this!! I dont respond in the debates. I get tired of reading them. I have gotten so tired of coming in here to see the same back and forth debates amongst TP and others. dk trusts his moderators to moderate based on the rules. Rule 10 is violated with this thread. dk probably doesn't want to waste his time fixing the thread title, but I doubt he would have a problem if a mod fixes it because it is as I have pointed out quite unclear.

Unless dk tells me specifically to not fix it, I will leave it. If he makes no comment on it and I know he has in all likelihood read this thread, has seen I will change it, and has not told me not to --then I will make the change.

I have already asked Muku politely how he would like it to read, giving him pretty much the option of how to put TheProsecutor into it, or make it clear so that it is about me. As admin, dk doesn't need to be doing some things that clearly moderators can handle. He is busy and sure doesn't mindn simple things like this being taken care of by the mods.

Again, Muku...how would you like the thread to be made more clear in the title?
