Shiskabob

I always use rib-eye steak and cut it into cubes. I use this because it is a tender meat and doesn't need too long to marinade. The marinade is 1/4 cup olive oil....1/4 cup soy sauce...1/4 cup water...1 heaping tblspn garlic (the kind you buy in a jar already chopped.) 1 teaspoon steak seasoning..1 teaspoon seasoned salt.. 1/4 teaspoon pepper.1 teaspoon chili powder Stir well and pour over meat in a plastic bag. I cut up the vegetables and sprinkle them with soy sauce. Then alternate on skewers and grill direct heat. Remember, the longer you marinate the more flavor
