To all,

Don't know if you voted for me or not, but when you head to the PX, or get a Stars and Stripes tomorrow morning, look in or look for the "Best of the Pacific" magazine. Readers to the Stars and Stripes voted and sent in ballots for the best of the Pacific and Okinawa for numerous on base establishments and more. It just so happens I was voted the "Best DJ in Okinawa." If you voted for me, I truly appreciate it, and I want you to know we'll have lots more on the way for you-- From new games and giveaways to people coming on the show, and much much more. The show would be nothing without the listeners, and we have some very interesting ones: Big Lou (the Hardest Working man in Food Service), Mike the Wild Man, Jim Lahaze, Kim the Yodeler, The Weird Joe from Arizona, and countless others. Also I can't exclude the various people and their personalities that grace the air waves every day. Thanks for all the support, and look for much more in the future. Were any Japanese DJs in the runnings for best DJ in okinawa? Or was this an AFN only thing :D

I was a celebrity too written up in the stars and stripes for music in 1991-1992 for kinser friendship funny, I haven't seen the story. But i was there playing music and singing.. Too bad I didn't make it for American Idol! Hmmm, do ya think there's a chance??

Hurray for you bro! I definately like you better than those 2 ladies that are on there that think it's amateur hour. Me and my wife yell at the radio whenever they are on, lol.
