Sick of Saicolo? Naha too far? How about joining me at Club Else for Ultimate Ladies Night and bringing the party back to Okinawa City!

Starting this Saturday, November 7, and every Saturday night afterwards, listen to the hottest Hip Hop, R&B and Reggae spun by myself and DJs Jon Jon, Kentaro, Task and Sugar. Your favorite party starter MC J will be your host for the night.

Doors open at 9 and will stay open until 5 am. Since it is Ladies Night, cover charge for the ladies is ¥500 before 12 and ¥1000 after 12. Guys get through the door for ¥2000.

Oh, and the best part is that it is ALL YOU CAN DRINK!!!!!!!!!

And wait before everyone starts throwing the racist card the reason why I ask is because I have been to Hip Hop clubs here in Okinawa and if you any race other than black the females showed you no love.

So just wondering if this is how Cub Else is. Cuz all you can drink and good DJ's sounds good, but if the girls aren’t friendly to white dudes – then forget it.

It doesn't matter if a chick prefers Black dudes or not. They may have that preference bit one you start talking to them you can get past that no problem. Trust me. I've got nothing but love out here.

Hmm, I am glad to hear that works for you.
But in my experience Japanese chicks go on way or another. Especially, the hip-hop club type, while the Japanese girls you find hanging out in the surfer bars in Sunabe are more likely to date white dudes. That is just my observation and experience.

Club Else usually has a good mixture of folks. Saturday night is the first night of my employment there, so I can not tell you what the mixture is going to be.

Same here they usally have watered down mixed drinks in little plastic cups. You think that you are getting a good deal but it takes a zillion drinks for you to even get a buzz. But hey, maybe Else is different.

Pour draft beer in those little plastic cups and it's a good deal. It's not like I'm asking for frosty mugs.

In a lot of Japanese clubs, it's all you can drink Awamori. Now that's how you get smashed for Y2000.

This is the way I see it. For a guy ¥2000 is usually the cover charge into most clubs with 1/free drink (except Saicolo where it is all you can drink but the line is so long you are luck to get 4 a night).

This Saturday is the first for this event. It is going to be an every Saturday type of thing. For everyone that shows up for the "opening night" it almost guarantees that future Ladies Nights will be a success. I personally don't like heading down to Naha every weekend and I know alot of other folks like to stick local (Ginowan, Chatan, Okinawa City).

Anyways, I go on at 10:30. For those of you that have heard me DJ before, you know you are not going to get any bullshit Hip Hop. Yeah, I mix in the newer music, but my passion is classic Hip Hop and that's what I tend to spin.

I already know of a few folks from JU that plan on coming and for the rest of you I hope to see you there.

Not once did I mention that I hated hip hop in this post. Whether or not I like hip hop has nothing to do with if I would go that club. All I wanted to know is what type of chicks hang out there, and what kind of drinks you get.

If the drinks are good, at a fair rate, the women are plentiful and easy then there could be any type of music and I wouldn’t care.

And I never mentioned Hard Reef in any of these posts I said “bars in Sunabe.” I barley even go to HR I usually hang out at other Sunabe bars.

Would it save money: not really because if I don’t go to Else I would just be at another bar spending same amount or more. Plus I have enough to spend so saving money is not really a big deal.

From KAB, if you turn right at the main intersection at gate 2 and 330 a little after you pass the MOS Burger on the right you will see a parking area (where Pryramid used to be).

Just pass the parking area pull a u-turn at the signal. (Ground Dori) Next left is a small road with the parking lot you just passed on both sides. Else is the first bldg on the left on that road after the parking.

I've gotten a bit lazy in me old age. If I want to get drunk I drink some tequilla. If I want to get a strange shot of T&A I cut through the chase and hit up soapland. Usually cheaper in the longrun with no strings attached.
