International filter photo contest

For those interested, Kenko is having a photo contest and they are accepting applications until Dec 31. The photos have to be using a filter of some sort (not necessarily made by Kenko) and can not be processed or edited on the computer.

Fujifilm has like 10 contest a year. You can ask the folks at the camera shops off-base for papers and weblinks. Most of the time, it requires you get a print of your photo and send it in, so know that you are going up against some hardcore photogs. But, it is fun to enter!

Also, Chatan & local cities have photo contest too. You have to visit their town office to get more info, but I know that Chatan had one in Oct (but I found out on the last date). I'll see if I can gather some info and post it.
