Okinawan Eyes

What is the consensus as to this ladies eye color. Do you think she is wearing colored contact lenses?

IMO they are probably lenses. Just about every okinawan women I've ever met has dark brown eyes.

If she were a quarter asian, then maybe... but she's 100% Asian - NO WAY IN HADES! Color contacts tend to have an even coloring to them, which is very unnatural looking.

(Now, I remember one of the reasons why I don't go to that club anymore... sigh. Yes, I'm a fuddy-duddy.)

I know when I was in okinawa the first time some women choose to have different colored eyes, it was boring to them to see the same colored eyes in okinawa. Everybody has the same color. Brown/ with black hair. I can see their point of view on this: because if you're stuck on an island and that's all you see everyday. Aqua Blue Hair and yellow eyes would be a trip for these people. They've never seen it.

it's just something different. it's like a punk hair do spiked in United States-
Rainbow colored hair with yellow eyes, would that be a trip to see. Huh? but these people are all the same usually and for someone to come in different is fascinating to them.

I have a mainland friend who has a half daughter. She is 11, and has very pale blue eyes. Also know a Okinawan guy who has green eyes. The only (known) influx is an English great grandfather. It's possible, but more than likely contacts.

I for one would say contacts, unfortunately it is also rather difficult to see her eyes close up which give a better idea as to whether or not they are contacts.

No, I don't know the answer. I was wondering if she was perhaps of mixed blood. If she had parents that were each half Caucasian that could explain the eyes and still retain the pure Asian look. Probably contacts like everyone says.

Y'all ever wonder if people with blue or green eyes ever wear brown contacts? I mean, other than to mask their identity while committing a crime. I've only ever seen people with brown eyes wear blue or green contacts. I have seen some people wear the more unusual colors like purple or silver for special effect, but not talking about those fancy types.

My wife wears brown contacts sometimes and she has dark brown eyes LOL!

Aw, hell yeah they're contacts. Even "Ol' Blue Eyes" didn't have eyes that blue. And I don't know what "PIITB" means, for that chicky on the right, but if it means what I THINK it means, I'd agree.
