Hi Guys
I am looking for a friend who I have lost touch with. We went to school together in South Africa but once finished he returned to Japan to start university. I think he might be living in Tokyo, his fathers name was Noraki Kawakatsu. Please can anyone let me know if there are any organisations that I can contact that will help me out.
