Aside from salt and pepper, what are your "must haves" when it comes to stocking your home spice rack?
I'm a spice and seasoning hoarder but my list is short of must haves:
Garlic Salt and Powder
Chicken/Poultry Seasoning
Curry Powder
Mrs. Dash's Herb Blend
Italian Seasoning Mix
Cajun Seasoning
Sea salt and peppercorns! I know you said aside from salt and pepper but these are the essentials and I thought deserved a specific mention.
I dig all your mentions too Trail. Plus cumin, chili powder, oregano, thyme, fennel, celery salt (for bloody marys). Foodies always rave about saffron, I never got it but hear it's expensive.

I have the grinder versions of black pepper and sea salt. I rarely use table salt or ground black pepper.

mmmmmmmmmmm i love tabasco sauce, not that i cook too often but pretty much goes with everything
Not really a spice for the rack but essential for sure. I had forgotten about them. My Mom recently sent two bottles. I used to use this "sauce" and eat these awesome little peppers contained within back home. They go good on sandwiches.
