Person a) A Bachelor's and some certs
Person b) An Associate's but a crap load of certs

What if somebody only had a High School Diploma but had crap load of certs?

What about someone with a Master's but no certs or very little certs?

Answer for a) & b): Me. No experience and I only request to be paid in beer. And my Certs are stale, I prefer Tic-Tacs.

Question 2: They are still under-qualified.
