Post your Korean recipes here. I'd like to see a good one for Bibimbap(sp).

My favorite is their spicy, sweet, garlicy fried chicken. The name sounds like yum yum chicken, but it's actually like nyamnyun maybe or something. Anyways, when in seoul order the 'yumyum chicken' at TwoowT. In the mean time try making this, it's the same thing I think.

Bulgogi and galbi are my two all-time favorites.

Another one i'd like to share with you guys is the Dak galbi. Basically, spicy chicken. :thumbup1:

Bibimpap is really simple. Basically just left over dishes poured into rice. Add some Korean hot pepper paste and sesame oil to your taste.

The thing about making Korean food, as goes with all other cuisine, is to get a family recipe. They always have that secret ingredient. Ask your Korean friends.
