At first glance it looks like a good website, I'll have to try some of the recipes out. Amazed to see goya chanpuru on the top of the page. :)

Here's RB's soba recipie.

Go to Union, San A, Kanehide, whatever, buy bag of soba noodles (cost about 100¥), buy bag of soba broth (about 100something¥ or so), put in pan, cook til warm, wala. RB soba is ready to eat.

GT, to tell you the truth,I would look to see two recipes of the same dish next to each other (One being Okinawan,one being Mainland somewhere), because too many times on this island, I have heard Mainlanders ask where they can go to get real Japanese food (somehow even the sushi tastes different to them).

I have had both and many times, I can not tell the differsnce, except the story in the menu or word of mouth.

I think anything in moderation is healthy. Shoyu or Soy sauce is pretty heavy on the salt taste though. I luv it.

Grilled Bacon wrapped Scallops dipped in Shoyu and Mirin rocks.
