Avacado & Maguro (tuna)

You'll need:

200 grams cubed Fresh Maguro
1 whole thin sliced Avacado
1 diced clove fresh Garlic
3 spoons Shoyu (soy sauce)
3 spoons mirin (sweet rice wine for cooking)
3 spoons goma (sesame seed) oil

Mix it all together in a bowl. Refrgierate for 15-20 minutes, tasts best served cold.
Makes a good plate for people to pick at while drinking beers before the main course.
