Grilled Jamaican Jerk Steak Kabob

Ingredients:

2 packs 2lb Bottom Tri Tip (Sirloin) Steak
1 Bottle Your favorite Jerk Marinade (Doesnt matter if it says it's for chicken)
2-3 onions
2-3 peppers (Green, Red, or yellow, or all three)
1 pineapple (or the thick cut canned)
Sea Salt
Skewers

Preparation:
Cut steak into thick squares about 1.5-2 inches big, put steaks and marinade into ziplock bag or tupperware and let marinade in the jerk sauce for at least 45 minutes.
Keep a small bowl of marinade for brushing on later.
Cut veggies and pinapples into thick squares.
Fire up grill, wait for coals to burn down a little.
Put steak and veggies and pinapple onto skewer in cool pattern.
Place on grill and commence to grill'n.
Tun every few minutes and brush on marinade and sprinkle sea salt.
Drink beer.
When Steak and Veggies and Pineapples are cooked to your taste, proceed to eat.

Tastes good with beer and fried rice. Or 'tater chips.
Serves a couple of fat dudes or about 6.
