Microsoft Icons adjustment help

ANybody know a lot about Msoft? Here's my request. I can click on a folder, go to properties, and manually change the Icon to a different Icon. I know this. (I'm sure I'm not the only person that has not only hidden a big folder of porn under three or four other layers of folder, but then change the icon to look like some system tool or something. heh heh)

Problem is, It will only let me change it to another icon file as best as i can tell. Is there a way to use a jpg as an icon file?

Basically, here's what I want. I have a butt ton of downloaded movies. Unstead of movie clip icons, or folder icons, I want to download the movie poster images and use those, so when you openm my movie folder what you see is the actual movie poster, which you can click on to open the movie. Get what I am trying to do? Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

why? I mean this one only in the most kosher of uses. Legitimate movies this time. I don't ahve any need to hide my porn at this point.

But for those of you that do, remember what I said. after hiding the file, change to icon to something boring looking.

Also, make sure to hide it somewhere in the C drive, ona program youdont use, where it wont mess up the functionality. IE the read me folder of some random program.

Do not leave it in documents or something like that. Otherwise, younever know when she will open windows media player, and the add media feature will automatically scan those folders and display all your smut in the playlists
