If you're talking about the nightclub, I think it's down an alley across from the new Koza music center thing. You could ask someone at Club Red if you're out there. The same type of people go to both clubs.

yeah it's kiddy corner down the alley from koza music town. But I'm pretty sure it's not called utopia anymore. I think it's called blue dragon now or something like that.
