Looking for beach vball players

Hello out there! I was wondering if there was a group of people who play beach vball out there. If there is, I would like to come out and play. If there is not, and there are people interested in playing please reply to this forum. I am an "A" level player and willing to play 2s, 3s, 4s, or coed. There has to be some beach players out there. By far, one of my most favorite sports to watch. ;) (insert excessive girly giggling here) I prefer to play court v-ball though.

I'm sure you'd be able to find some military folks who play, especially the farther north you look; Torii, White beach, and whichever base OuraWan beach is located.

Dude, I am so not a beach, sand, sun, surf and dead things decaying with sewage in the ocean type of person. However, I have been known to on occassion sit in the heat of the day under an umbrella or other large amount of shade with a cold beverage to watch men playing beach volleyball on a SoCal beach. ;) Yummies. :p

Ahh yes, I used to love hanging out at Mission Beach and doing just that....unfortunately now that my 13 year old daughter plays volleyball, I dont really look at it the same way anymore.....

To the OP, I like playing, but like Pchan, I suck, only play for fun. Basketball would be cool at the beach too, Im a bit better then sucky at that.

ive often wondered the same thing myself. i used to play quite competively a few years ago but havent been too successful in finding quality players on okinawa. i love beach vball so much but everybody around here seems to gravitate towards indoor. are you still looking for players?

I love volleyball. But I've never really been too good, and I'm waaay out of practice (not that I ever did practice but you know). I always see those big circles of people playing at the beach and want to join in =/

Last Friday was the first time I went and we were actually short so we only had 3.... I think usually like 6 people maybe? If we are going to play on Friday I will post it for sure on here. It doesn't really matter if you a great player or not. It is just fun to get out and play.

Courtney, one of the girls that came brought her kids and there is a park there too. You would be more than welcome to watch or play. We play at Torii beach by the water slide.

We have 5 people playing today @330 by the water slide @ Torii Beach if anyone wants to join us. Anyone and everyone is welecom to come on out. We'll be out there for quite a few hours.
