They will act like humans.

Dogs, monkeys, cats, etc., walking on their back legs, their front paws would evolve into hands, they will learn human languages, work, drive cars, etc?

Thru years they already have evolve quiet enough. So, to answer your question maybe they don't evolve as humans but yes to a super dupper dog! or cat! kind of smarty lol..Bty what kind of question is this? what make you come up with it ?
