I know this is a bacon-leaning forum, but I'll throw this out there for argument's sake:

If you could only eat one breakfast meat for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I love bacon BUT if I had to pick a breakfast meat to eat for the rest of my life I pick sausage. Why? Because there are so many different kinds of sausage as opposed to bacon. Bacon is bacon.

No doubt, Chorizo! Or wait, can I chop up my bacon w/ hot-ass chiles? Then maybe bacon, chorizo wouldn't be so easily deconstructed and bacon would allow many options. So, if you can do what you please with said bacon I choose that.

Oh...food for thought, if you are a dude, and you voted for "sausage", you might have homosexual tendencies. Scientific studies have shown that men who eat lollipops and sausage, tend to be gayer than men who eat bacon. I'm not judging you or anything, if you like to put a hot sausage in your mouth in the morning, then good for you. I'll stick with my Bacon and Beereal (Beer & Cereal).

It was a toss up between bacon or ham. Ham was the underdog so I went with that. Poor ham... Sausage I will only eat if it's cook really well and drained or wrapped in paper towels to soak up the grease.

OH I love bacon but sausage is so much more versatile. You can make it so many different ways depending on the country your in and the flavors they like. I have had a large selection of sausage and haven't found any I don't like. Although I LOVE bacon as well I would have to choose sausage for a life time food.

I love bacon, but I'd have to choose STEAK as the breakfast meat of choice, albeit not a choice in this poll, so bacon it is. <3

its ok on a sandwich here and there and stuff.. but nothing to rave over

It's not a choice in the poll but SPAM is a damn good breakfast meat. Well I'm not sure if it's considered meat or not but it's good stuff. Fried rice with SPAM in it, SPAM and eggs, mmmmmm. Lots of good meals to be made.

SPAM is a highly underrated and much scorned breakfast meat. SPAM is healthy and tasty. BUT............it's not and never will be Bacon.
