I prefer bacon, but I like sausage and cheese croissanwiches from Burger King, because their bacon croissanwich is really ham. :mad: Anyway, crispy fatty bacon is best, but will settle for kinda bedy bacon with a little snap to it. Bacon that you can pick your teeth with is overcooked and a waste of bacon. Bacon that you can roll up like a cigar is too undercooked and chewy.
