Parking is limited at the Field Stage, but it is only a 10 minute walk from the Kadena USO.
This music festival, now in its 27th year, is Okinawa’s largest and one of Japan’s oldest. It focuses on local Okinawan talent, with both amateur and established artists, although mainland Japanese and occasional international acts also perform. The 2009 line-up includes Heaven’s Hemp, Bleach, Zukan, Flip, Aria Asia, Mongol 800, and the tribute bands Makin’ Love (Kiss Cover Band) and Freddie Eto & Queeness (Queen Cover Band).

Ticket Cost: 1 Day ¥3800, 2 Day ¥6000
Tickets are on sale at Lawson, Family Mart, Hot Spar, Ticket Pia, Fukuhara Music, Teruya Music, Canpas Records, Takara Records, Spin City and 7th Heaven Koza
Events opens at 1:00pm and bands start 1:30pm both days and goes till approx 9:00pm. It may run later due to weather.
