I have 2 sony tv one is a 55 inch which is down because I need a bulb and we have another one a 40 inch bravia. We set up the wii the same way with the 55 inch to the 40 inch and for some reason there's no video comming out from the 40 inch. We here the sound but no picture. Any suggestions?

I take it you're using the standard red/white audio, and yellow video hookup? Make sure the audio and video corresponds to the correct input jacks on the back of the TV. On the back of my JVC, I've got 4 different inputs that are stupidly close to each other, and are confusing because the audio and video inputs are completely separate from each other, so I might have my red and white plugs in the first row, and the yellow in the 3rd, but they all correspond to the same input. I know that sounds confusing, but check it out. Look for the poorly printed words on the back...... god I hate these new-fangled HDTVs, but I do love the picture.

I know I'm going to sound like a phone tech from india, but check that the connection in the back of your wii is nice and snug, as well as the connections in the back of the TV.

Pull the new TV out of the box, everything should work.

If it doesn't, they "Panic!!!!"

What are you trying to say bones:rolleyes: Thanks for the suggestions guys. I got it to worked. Everything was set to default. I guess haven't played it in a long time and it reset the settings. I used the original cable and set my settings. Now i'm playing mario kart. :grin1:

After my 4 year old started kicking my ass in Mario KArt, I started using the classic controller. Now I have to let him win so he doesn't cry.
