I'm eating my last peice of Birthday cake and ice cream. I ran 4 miles this evening and did a 1 hour ab workout today. I'm going to take a bath with the misses and have completey wannabe wild and crazy sex. We're both pretty exhausted so it will probably just be a quickie.

the mid-atlantic area has been getting drenched with rain lately.. so, this evening I tried to squeeze in a 5 mile run during a break in the weather... about 3 miles into it, the rain returns.. then I notice the song that's playing on my iPod...
