Here is a thread (which later be moved to its own section when dk gets to creating it) to show and talk about gadgets you've just bought and think are awesome or whatever. Please provide a picture whenever possible. Let us know where you bought it and how much you paid for it, if you'd like also. You can even give us a review and rating on the gadget if it pleases you. (Get your minds out of the gutters. :rolleyes: )

Husband bought the ReynoldsŪ Handi-VacŪ Vacuum Food Storage System (http://www.reynoldspkg.com/reynoldskitchens/handi_vac/en/home.asp) gadget thingy the other day. Ohmigawd it's awesome fun! :w00t: I even vacuum bagged the baby's cheesy/veggie poofs and my Ludens throat drops. I don't know if it actually works to keep things fresh yet, because we only just got it, but who the heck cares?! It's awesome fun!

The last gadget I bought was this netbook.

Acer Aspire One for $300.

Pros:
* Works good for surfing and checking email while you are traveling.
* Watching downloaded videos, the screen is excellent.
* Windows XP

Cons:
* No DVD/CD drive
* Keyboard is a little cramped, I would not want to write a 10 page report on it.
* Windows XP

The newest gadget I bought was this thing called a "spoon". Now, don't get me wrong, I still like forks, but this spoon thingy makes eating soup a lot more fun and less messy. The lady at the store thought I was nuts when I asked her what it was used for. I'm going to try and eat some ice cream with it later. If you haven't tried one, I recommend it.

I'm going to buy one for the whole family.

I want this one. I want to use this to keep leftover in my refrigerater.
I have seen this kind of thing in local home center, but it was little expensive.

I bought this one 10 years ago in Spain, but I have the Japanese magonote from the 100 yen store at the office, computer desk, my bar and bedroom. I filed the wooden fingers so they are good and sharp. :thumbup1: PS. I got carried away with this one :w00t: (dropped it a few times) Good for backs only....
