How can i find my father and mother in-law in japan? is the a site that i can use to look them up? an office i can contact? any help would be nice.

I don't know about Japan based people finder sites, but you could always place an ad in the local Japanese newspaper. Either way, you'll need to be able to read and/or speak Japanese. Good luck! :)
