I like mine bloody like a crime scene. Wipe it's ass, cut off it's horns, and through it on the plate. If it ain't moo'en, it ain't do'in. My sister one upped me though. We were at an Outback Steakhouse back east and when the lady asked her what kind of steak she wanted, she pulled out her knife and said "just point me to the pasture, I'll get it myself." I thought it was the best thing I'd ever heard, but nobody else got the joke in it. She finally just ordered it rare.

I was almost afraid to click on the link to this. Burnt meat.... too many awful possibilities.

I like my steak medium-rare, but only if it is real dry-aged beef. The pink mush they sell in the store isn't even beef anymore. Also the paranoia about germs prevents most places from bringing the meat to room temp before cooking, which keeps the juices in as the fibers contract during cooking.

I like my steak well done but close to the softness tenderness of medium as possible so like as soon as there is no more blood then ready to eat.

I'm sure another study will claim a 60% increase in intestinal cancers with undercooked meat as well.

Just eat it.

I just keep processed food to a minimum and call it good. Nobody gets out alive, might as well be well-fed and happy.

Steaks, medium rare - rare but you gotta get the char on the outside anyway (color brings flavor). You do this by throwing it on a real high heat for a few min on each side initially, then lower the heat and cook to preferred internal doneness. I usually take mine right off at this point. It's dark and tasty outside and good and bloody inside.

Sausage, again charred outside, mmmm good, not burnt just dark.

Rubbish. I conversed with Fire Head God Dude on the matter, and he assured me it is not grill meat that gives you pancreatic cancer, but NOT eating grilled meat and watching Seinfeld reruns and joining PETA is the chief cause.
