I never was able to keep a journal at any point in my life but I seem to do better at blogging. It's nothing regular but I often throw stuff up to vent or to get thoughts out of my head. Do you blog or do you think it's for useless attention whores?

I tired it, and I was boring myself so why would anyone else be interested in my boring ass life?

I don't have a regular blog. However, I do occasionally post to my MySpace blog if something extraordinary happens to me and mine. I post to my LiveJournal for the same reasons, but more so to vent about very personal things. I also keep a handwritten journal for when I feel like writing. My therapist said it's good for me. heh.

Well,,, I used to think that blogging was filled with loads of people who had nothing to say but thought they did! Now, I'm not so sure. I follow a few blogs and sometimes quite enjoy them? Sometimes reading others problems/life, can shed some light on your own life.

I do twitter occasionally.

Yet you twitter and have followers. Your friends are more interested than you think. It's what happens when people like you. :p Go figure...

Meh, I'll just email the people that matter if they want to know. Twitter is just randomness that doesn't take much thought. If I write a blog I have to write out an entire page explaining what I did.

Last time I blogged was on myspace and my last entry was from when I went to mainland on my honeymoon in june of 2008.

I like how on Myspace you can control privacy on certain blog posts.

It's a modeling blog! LOL! :p And I don't mean the kind of modeling that considers Heid Klum and Tyra Banks super. :D

I am considering doing a web development blog, but I've never been able to maintain a personal blog. I had a friend that wrote about nothing other than Ramen (probably still does...). That doesn't appeal to me, but I'm sure a web.dev blog is probably about equally appealing to him.

Aww... that hurts me feelings... :crying:

nah, not really. :D

I blog to vent and to empty my head. I just plain need to since so one here (Sagnasty, MI) gives a shit nor do they have useful advice. I have a hard time taking relationship advice from people who have been married twice or not at all.

That's actually a good thing, Trail. The people back home can not even begin to understand what you are going through.

For that matter, have you ever gotten a blank stare from someone when you've told them you live on Okinawa? I have. They naturally assume that I meant Oklahoma.

As for relationship problems, talk to a trained professional. Hopefully one who is equipped to handle our way of life. You won't find that kind of help off-base.

I've had relatives tell me that our marriage wouldn't last long. I've been married for 20 years, and it's worked out well.
