you could try the shoe shop in jusco. i'm not sure if he does it or not, but it can't hurt to try.

There used to be a few Okinawan dudes at the NCO club that would do it. What happened to them? Man, it's a different Okinawa.

We used to have a guy that came into the barracks at Hansen and would shine boots for you.

The shoe guy next to the barber shop in the Foster concession mall probably shines boots and other footwear.

3-4 years ago, there used to be a man who shined shoes on Kadena. He worked out of one of the rooms at the NCOA Dorm.

WOW.. the military has sure changed since I was in.. we used to have to shine our own.. and didn't even mind it that much to be honest! Maybe the USAF can "out-source" show shining for its troops!!

Probably put an ad in the classified to pay for any Marine who is strapped for cash to lick boots for a spit shine. And then kick em in the teeth. :D
