The recipe I have comes from an Italian family. (Calengelo's) They were our neighbors and man did they know how to cook! Deb used only cast iron pans/skillets on the range and stone wear in the oven.

That's actually Cappicola (Gabagool), a little different but better than Prosciutto IMHO. Everytime I see Tony Soprano grab a piece of gabagool from the fridge I want to go get some.
