Besides the fact that the insinuation in the video is that somehow the dog wants to stick a knife in Michael Vick, that's supposed to be humorus?

Not at all, P. Go ahead and create an appropriate thread to drop a video like that if you find it humorous or that it fits the humor category.

I am fine with all humor. The humor board here is for just that. I guess you just have to ask yourself if it really is humor. I accept that humor is subjective. In the end dk would have to judge if it is humor, depravity, or gore.

I for one would love you or anyone to post such a video if they exist.

Personally on threads such as these he should remove himself from being a moderator on these threads.

He should also make it well known to everyone here that with regards to subjects such as these he is not posting as a moderator but as a regular member here.

What did I say? I said humor was subjective, and that dk would be the final judge on it.

If I did moderate it and it was wrong to do so, dk would surely reverse my actions. But, I really don't see any problem with you posting a video of whale killing (humorous or non-humorous) so long as you post it in the appropriate forum and do not create a misleading title to it.

It is quite simple.

Some parts had gore that is for sure, and it was in cinc with the thread title and OP. You are welcome to post something similar, too. Just be sure to place it in the appropriate section with an appropriate thread title and OP that it directly supports. When doing so, you may want to put a courtesy warning next to it like I have done in the one you are referencing.

Even if he said he didn't consider it an insult, it doesn't matter, I did. I took offense and you didn't back off. Especially since I came into that arguement neutral and you attacked me. Love your double standards.

But I'm going to stop because I don't really want to bring that up again.

First off these videos are not humour. Their intent is to drag down Michael Vick, nothing more nothing less. There is no need to SPAM this board, particularly from a moderator no less, to get an activists point of view across. These very well could have stayed with in the confines of the other thread and should, for the sake of sanity of everyone posting here be joined together into one thread.

Next;
I considered them insults and that's all the really matters.
I agree with you here.

The person on the receiving end the the final abritrator of what is insulting or otherwise.

TP it isnt up to you to decide whether he was insulted or not. If he says he was than he was and you should at the minimum apologize for the it.

The mods and admin do not read all posts here. If something goes off topic and after a member tries to get it back on but other members refuse to let it, they can report the post and that will bring it to the attention of mods and admin to judge. Nothing selective about it other than coming across something when we do.
