Dont know if this is still accurate but why not try giving this number a call first.

Do you see the red A? That is right near Shalimar on the Hwy 81 which is next to Camp Foster. If you are coming up from Hwy 58 take a right at the 2nd lights PAST the Lawson you will see on the map. After you turn right it is on the 2nd corner on the right.

I would suggest calling ahead to ensure that this is accurate.

Or if coming out of the Foster shoppette/taco bell gate, take a right onto 330. Go straight onto 81, keeping Foster on your right side. After you pass a convenience store (not sure if it's a Lawson's or Family Mart) take a left at next light. The consulate is on the 2nd corner right side of the road (very short distance from the light). It's on the second floor of a white and green building.
Also, they are only open in the afternoon from 1 to 6, if I remember right.

I once lived next door to the Phillipine consulate for 6 months and did not even know it!
That's how easy it is to find.
