my mistake...I was referring to the photo at the top. You are speaking of the webcam right? Same thing now that I look at it...but trying to figure out where they shoot from. You can view American Village, the Beach Tower hotel, the beach, Sunabe, and the roof of the guys apartment...guess that was supposed to be a sky shot.

Not a base. A shopping center.

*edit* Pretty sure this is shot from Sunabe near the sea wall.
