anyone know if Jusco will do a return or exchange on some curtains I bought (wrong length) if I don't have the receipt anymore? They are still in the unopened original packaging, and I went by today and saw they're still in stock of the pattern I bought.

Times are hard right now, so if the package has not been opened, they might agree to an exchange. But if there is a price difference, you will have to pay for the difference.

I have never had problems returning things to these stores, but be prepared for some delays (not more than AAFES) since they need to find someone (if you do not speak Japanese) to help you with your return. Customer service is key to them and they have helped me out many times:first:

I seriously doubt it. Doing returns here, in my experience, is not as easy as it is back in the States. I tried returning a WiFi adapter to DeoDeo one time and I had to argue with them a little bit for them to take it back. And that was just hours after purchasing it so I still had the receipt.
It would never hurt to try, but if you don't have the receipt, then they probably won't take them back.

If it has the Jusco price tag and you can remember the day you bought it it should all be good. You gots to to the same store you bought it at.

Agree with Commando, you can try. If you remember the date and time you bought them it will help too.
I recently had to take back a DS Lite to the GEO Store here, it was more than 1 week after purchase and had no receipt, but did have a discount coupon which showed the date and time when I had purchased it. They were extremely helpful, and exchanged it no problem even though it was past the 1 week limit which I had not known about.
