A Link to JU is Needed Across the Top Menu Bar

dk, do you think a link to JU somewhere at the top of the forum main page would be good for traffic conveniently going back and forth between the two? I think that would be nice.

I'll get to that after I get a better skin up. No reason to customize positioning on this skin right before I put up another skin.
